After looking at all of their communist candidates who are winning the democratic party primaries in various states nationwide one common theme emerges. In everyone of these democratic primaries won by their communist candidate, the democrat voter turnout was very low.

Are these turnout numbers very low because democrats are just not motivated by their party right now or are their communist democrat candidates cheating?

Demoralization leads to communism.

If you think Democrat turnout is low, check the GOP turnout numbers. They are much, much worse.

I think there are a lot of demoralized young people out there, understandably so. The left is offering up a slate of radicals for their demoralized, we are largely offering up GOPe and MAGA washouts on our side.

What point are you making here as applied to the question in the OP?

It was mainly aimed at the wishcasting behind this line in the OP:

The Democrats are infinitely more motivated at the moment. My point is that I don't know what he's talking about, turnout wise.

They’re winning in part because many have lost their minds over Trump and are lashing out in anger.

This is true. The speed with which they're destroying that party is something to behold.

The answer to the original question is clearly yes. The extreme arm of the dem party is using low turnout to primary dems who don't support their extemist views. The concern coming from the old guard makes that pretty clear.

The far Left are at least acknowledging the problem that young people face even if their solutions are dumb. The Right isn't even willing to acknowledge that these problems exist. The GOP being blind to the state of young voters is going to cost them, and the country at large, dearly.

Normal Americans are not changing their plans to go vote in primaries.

It’s a swing towards populism, similar to the GOPe move towards MAGA over the last decade.

Don’t underestimate it.

So you are saying the democrats will show up in huge numbers to vote for the Communists?

Yes, I think Democrat turnout will be higher than GOP turnout generally in November.

You can't call an exacerbation of the problem a solution, dumb or otherwise. This is the culmination of years of actively trying to destroy America. I only pray the "victim class" feels the full effect of becoming what they've pretended to be for all these years.

I think low turnout is some of the reason the Democratic Socialists/Communists are winning a lot of the recent elections but I also believe the vast majority of Democratic Socialists who will still claim they are Blue Dog Democrats will have no issue voting for Democratic Socialist/communist politicians going forward.

These people want open borders, they want all of your guns if they can get them and they want the Fundamental Transformation of America to be realized.

You can easily show us some numbers. Make sure to adjust them for some measure of historical norms.

Anti-incumbency fervor. More seats at risk in primaries right now.

If the numbers are low, how would they be cheating? Tossing out valid ballots, instead of adding more?

Primaries notoriously have lower turnout, especially when the incumbent is expected to stay the course. Also, if there is any truth to the USAID money helping fund these candidates and that money has dried up; the Dem party has to be more strategic about where they spend their money. And they may have assumed they had some of these races locked up, so diverted funding to other races

My concern is the turnout for democratic voters will be very low with so many communist democrats running in the mid-term general. You triple that with the GOP gains from redistricting nationwide and first ever GOP mid-term convention, it appears the November 2026 election is going to be a blood bath for the democratic party.
