So it is point blank saying that blacks and migrants are the ones committing the crimes and it doesn’t want them to be apprehended?

They were all in for this technology and police body cams, until those technologies revealed who is committing the crimes.

It's either that or these people believe that there are random loud "pops" which go off in black and brown communities, similar to some other rare natural phenomenon like the aurora borealis, that could accidentally "frame" innocent people of color of discharging firearms, when absolutely nothing occurred. Nature has been known to be racist like that.

Mark Andreeson was talking about shot spotter and camera tech that instantly spots a license plate or vehicle tied to a crime or felon. Austin had disabled some of this tech due to protests, but is now having to rely on suburbs who still use it to catch the criminals. You can’t make this stuff up.
