It would probably take a few good coders a few hours to build a new working app from scratch. This is basically just adding numbers on a spreadsheet level of complexity.

I honestly think that some precincts didn’t do their “backup measures” correctly, and they don’t have a paper trail for those votes. They are stuck with some of their results being only digital, and some being only paper, and they have no freaking clue what to do because even if the numbers are correct they know how bad it looks.

apparently they are releasing the majority of the results at 4pm central. No idea which majority or from where. But we'll have something at least. I think.
