I have been able to travel throughout the US, and I maintain that the races get along better in the South than they do in the North. Many places in the North do not have to deal the problems that sometimes arise between races, because they have very few black people living in their area. Considering that the Civil War only ended about 150 years ago and that the South was conquered and devastated, I honestly think that race relations on the whole in the South are pretty good. Sure there are racists on both sides out there, and we might not think the best of each other, but segregation is dead, lynchings, murder, etc. by and large are things of the past. We have learned how to get along peacefully in the South with the reality of widespread diversity.

I agree, the southern states need to be liberated!!! That was tried in the 1860's but failed, maybe it should be tried again in the 2020's.
