A Northerner I work with mentioned this, and I agree completely:

"People in the South like the individual, but despise the group, while people in the North like the group, but despise the individual."

I saw this when I lived in the Northeast.

I can tell you did not read the full OP. She's not saying we can be on our own, separate from the USA. She's talking about frickery and the same bullshite they pull in NYC, IL, and CA.

Then why are so many people fleeing blue states like NY, NJ, VA and CA to red states like FL and TX? There’s thousands of people fleeing NY and NJ everyday to come to FL.

Because they have the economic means to.

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham said Wednesday Congress would extend the additional $600 unemployment benefit provided in the coronavirus relief package past July only "over our dead bodies."

His remarks came the day that the US passed 60,000 deaths caused by the coronavirus, by far the largest reported death toll in the world.

I beg the differ there. Most people moving from places like NY and NJ to FL is because they can’t afford the cost of living and for better job opportunities. If the economic policies of these blue states were so great people wouldn’t be leaving them for the reasons I just mentioned.

Funny she says that, because many Republicans say that Perdue and Loeffler didn't actually lose the Senate races but lost simply as the result of the manipulation of the actual votes.

I wish GA patriots would do what the lady in Arizona did and organize an effort to check every single voter registration in the state. I suspect that a great many newly registered for the mail-in voting are not unlike those of Arizona. Massive mail-in fraud was all the rage among dems this year.

Talked to a NY chef. He said a bunch of his chef buddies were moving to Florida to open new restaurants after being destroyed here.

I’d love to see a few of them compete with the asshat in NOLA just long enough to finish him off.

What does any of that even mean?

Nationalized healthcare, guaranteeing a living wage, etc.

The poor in this country get medicaid, public schools and have access to higher education. They even have preference on job hirings. Welfare, food stamps and housing programs to support them in the over 70 welfare programs in this country. Btw job training is one of them and still hasn't made a difference.

You know, things that will actually help the poor to have economic options and be able to change careers to better their economic condition instead of the Republican plan to trap people in wage slavery.

We have spent north of $22 trillion on the war on poverty and have nothing to show for it. There are reasons why the poor never improve and until those are addressed they will never improve.
