She seems to.

A lot of folks in this thread don't.

True.

I probably am one but here's the difference.

Tulsi has a brain and when she speaks, regardless of whether or not you agree with her she makes valid, insightful points, whereas AOC , well she's fricking stupid and there isn't much you can say about her to lesson that truth.

I think AOC is getting over her skis here. This is an impeachment inquiry. It's a fact finding mission to gather evidence in a public venue and from the evidence proceed to impeachment where a crime is attached.

Ya think?

But the left doesn't care. Scream no crime no evidence all day long no matter what the facts say.

In what fantasy land would anyone say RICO isn't against the law?

Of course an Act isn't against the law. It makes no sense.

She's not gonna have sex with you.

As much as I don’t like her, she makes a good point here. We all know what Biden did was wrong, but republicans have not directly charged any of the Biden crime family with a specific crime. Now, obviously, the current DOJ wouldn’t touch it even if they did. But it is important to note. This is a dog and pony show, and it’s entertainment, but it’s also not fruitful.

I found Parnas’ comments about Barr to be interesting as well. I’m a firm believer in both sides being inept to the point of corrupt. There are always two sides to this kind of stuff, but until we get power back, the DOJ, no matter how damning, will be one sided. It’s sick.

Well, barring the DOJ doing their job, which they won’t. They allege crimes grave enough to call for impeachment. There is rigorous debate. A vote is called. If it passes then the senate takes the case and renders a vote.

That’s the limited power of Congress. They conduct oversight, but republicans know that regardless of the severity of crimes, I highly doubt, given the slim margins in the House, they will proceed with impeachment. This is why there isn’t a need to call for specific laws violated. But again, the DOJ will not take the case regardless so all the house can do is conduct oversight. Sucks man, but she’s right as horrible as her squawking voice is, she’s simply pointing out that there is no teeth to what the republicans are doing as it stands. What she doesn’t say is the other part, that the DOJ won’t do anything even if there was. That’s what the IRS whistleblower hearing was all about.

To be distinct, I should have used alleged instead of charged as the House can’t do that themselves. They can recommend charges, but that’s where their power stops.
