There are very few on-screen news channel people I like. Dana Perino is my favorite news personality because she's not selling sensationalism and her presentation is sound and level headed...Hell, I believe her.

What really amazes me is he is #1 in ratings while being almost unwatchable.

Not a huge fan.
The only 2 talking heads I follow are Tucker and Dennis Prager.I used to love Michael Medved.
Hannity continually repeats himself and regurgitates talking points.
I actually liked him earlier in his career when he was doing talk radio in Atlanta.He was pretty unconventional then and would always give Neal Boortz shite...they were competitors with the same time slot.

Never been a Hannity fan although his ideology is pretty much in line with my own. He just gets on my last nerve.

Hannity is patriot and has done great work....but he's extremely repetitive, talks more than his guests, and likes to humble brag ALOT. he's much worse on his radio show.

I suffer through about an hour a day on radio. I never watch him on tv.

I like him ok, but he is so damn repetitive he is hard to listen to.
If you catch him once a month, he’s ok but not sure how he is the main event on a nightly basis

Pretty much correct. I do watch him, but I wait till after the first ten minutes due to the angry monologue of “hate media mob, dirty dossier, Joe 30330” kinda stuff. I let him get out all the angry venting.
Laura is probably my favorite lately, she is more calm and practical, and does a little more deep thinking than Hannity, which he unfortunately does zero of that.

He is everything that people object about regarding MSM, except from the right. He’s not objective at all. I surmise he thinks it’s his job to offset MSM by himself. He also has turned into a name caller like Trump, which is not professional. Comes across as a hack now, whereas he used to be watchable.

Not only that but he makes ridiculous leaps or changes the subject entirely when someone is proving him wrong. That's the kind of thing that annoys the screaming shite out of me.
If your points on a subject are proven wrong and/or indefensible then you need to rethink your stance (whether that means changing your stance, finding better points, both or something else).
