I'm trying to buy American, but I have made it a point to find better alternatives to Penzeys.

Well, fix it! Is your mother deaf? Political advice can flow upstream - in case you didn't know.

Black Rifle Coffee
Ben and Jerry's
Starbucks
Whole Foods

Admittedly I'm not starkly against buying anything from them, but I choose to patronize their competition.

Yeah, I forgot those posers. I like the coffee, but they are posers. F-them!

Disney? stopped them once kids got old enough that I simply took over the tv they watched. They eventually went outside to play.

It’s good support businesses that aren’t “woke”. However, the effectiveness of boycotting is unquestionably proven by every minority group. Companies care more about losing money than not losing money.

Nike
Disney
Dick's
Target

I'm old and a fat arse so I give Ben and Jerry's a pass. I reconcile it when I'm in the store by thinking that they are just a couple old hippies.

Now there parent company is definitely on the ESG bandwagon.

No, but I have boycotted many a business due to bad parking situations or riverside towing shenanigans.

I don’t really spend a lot of money on things other than food, utilities, housing, and live events (concerts and lsu football), so I don’t have much to boycott with. I tend to worry more about getting the most for my dollar with the least hassle than whatever controversy of the week is up on the big board. Most everything you buy is owned or sold by the same dozen or so multi-national companies anyways, and every single one of them is beyond insanely woke. To avoid buying from them, you have to pay 3 times as much for shitty local products, that are usually sold by artsy types who are even more woke than the multi-nationals.

So, I try to just focus on keeping the lights on and my stomach full ad leave the political posturing and virtue signaling to folks with something to lose.

When there is a price competitive, similarly convenient, and similar quality non-woke product or business, I’ll give them my business. But don’t try to use politics as a supplement for an inferior product with lackluster service at an inflated price.

They make some RIDICULOUSLY good ice cream, but the wife and I stopped buying it years ago.

While I am intuitively inclined to agree, you do realize that it’s owned by Unilever now and those two idiots get nothing out of your $6, right?

Nice list but you seem to have missed one that can easily be added to the above part. I'll give you a hint...
