Portland police are complicit and were told from higher ups to allow ANTIFA to run wild. This is well known. Andy Ngo even called them out on it in the video.

The absolute most beta and weak chickenshit organization on the left. I enjoy watching the videos of when they frick with the wrong person, like when they went after the big Samoan and he absolutely wrecked a whole crowd of them- women and all. I am ashamed that I have a family member that actually ran with these weaklings a few years ago when he lived in Portland.
