Was going to post that Trump would have sent vaccine...but I caught a glimpse of the first post which noted this.
I'm smelling a big time counter-revolution in the cards...with a lot of payback impetus. Even Xi knows that a viable US is in their own interest; beats the hell out of an all out war with that Damn going down in the first day.

We're not sending it because India is and has been an issue for China, and Xiden being a puppet of the CCP isn't going to aid India in the least.
