Not technically true, especially based on the wide-ranging allegations made against them online. There are lots of potential state-based crimes he could be accused of, so he still maintains his 5A rights as to those.

Anthony Fauci is a genocidist. His funding of gain-of-function research in the Wuhan lab in Chyna produced a deadly virus that killed millions of people worldwide.
I vividly remember Anthony Fauci getting belligerent as Senator Rand Paul leveled accusations that gain-of-function research was going on at Wuhan. He denied and lied.....repeatedly.
In addition to killing millions of Americans, the mafia democrats exploited the pandemic to implement voter fraud schemes (mail-in ballots, drop boxes, ballot mules) to steal the 2020 Presidential Election. People lives were destroyed by this pandemic......in everyway. And we got Dementia Joe Biden in that Oval Office (hint: President Trump is still trying to claw us out of the mess Joe Biden and his cronies created).
Why isn't this guy in prison?
