I agree with this. The facts on the ground though are that Israel has institutional and unilateral support from the US, none of what they are doing is possible without us, so deconstructing their mindless support is the greater priority.

Has there ever been an Israeli action equivalent to oct 7th? A organized day where squads went house to house murdering families in close quarters, murdering parents and kidnapping kids, murdering kids and kidnapping parents; cutting off people's heads and posting the video to social media like you're a hero. Dropped into a music festival and killed dozens and raped women and the killed them. Ive seen stories of isolated incidents where idf killed kids but never in a huge organized operation all over a region like that.
I don't know, seems like pure evil, i have sympathyfor the people but it seems like the obvious effect of the cause. polls ive seen show the citizenry approve if hamas and even oct 7. Maybe idf is evil too, but hamas did a great job giving them moral cover to do whatever they want with the evil they pushed out into the world on oct 7th. Evil begets more evil.
I just can't get past the guy cutting off the dude head with a garden hoe, videoing it and then proudly posting it. No matter what led to that point, seems like the culture is broken. I don't know what the answers are. Everytime I try ti learn about it, it's just one side did this and the other side did this, for tens, hundreds, thousands of years. You can't clearly say one side is in the right, its impossible.

It sucks but it is what it is. Hamas wanted this. Israel cannot just sit by forever and be massacred.

The Israelis are much worse than the Palestinians, they’re a moral horror

I feel bad for those who have been negatively impacted by the conflict on both sides. War is the result of sin in this fallen world, and it is a good reminder that everyone needs to be redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ by faith in His sacrifice on the cross and resurrection from the dead.

My mind is made up. I can’t stand either side of that fight.

Yes
Deir Yassin massacre
And many other similar events during the course of the Nakba
quote:
The Deir Yassin massacre took place on April 9, 1948, when Zionist paramilitaries attacked the village of Deir Yassin near Jerusalem, Mandatory Palestine, killing at least 107 Palestinian Arab villagers, including women and children.[1] The attack was conducted primarily by the Irgun and Lehi, who were supported by the Haganah and Palmach. The massacre was carried out despite the village having agreed to a non-aggression pact. It occurred during the 1947–1948 civil war and was a central component of the Nakba and the 1948 Palestinian expulsion and flight.
quote:
On the morning of April 9, Irgun and Lehi forces entered the village from different directions.[4] The Zionist militants massacred Palestinian Arab villagers, including women and children, using firearms and hand grenades, as they emptied the village of its residents house by house.[5][6] The inexperienced militias encountered resistance from armed villagers and suffered some casualties.[7] The Haganah directly supported the operation, providing ammunition and covering fire, and two Palmach squads entered the village as reinforcement.[8] A number of villagers were taken captive and paraded through West Jerusalem before being executed.[1][9][10] In addition to the killing and widespread looting, there may have been cases of mutilation and rape.[11] For decades it was believed that 254 Palestinian Arabs had been killed, although present scholarship puts the death toll at around 110.[12] By the end of the operation all of the villagers had been expelled[13] and the Haganah took control of the village.[14] In 1949 the village was resettled by Israelis, becoming part of Givat Shaul.

What would you like the locals to do?
They are very much like German residents of Ohrdruf in 1945, holding up their hands and swearing they "had no idea" what went on in the neighboring concentration camp. Of course they knew.
Just as Gazans know their own combatants are using kids, women, mosques, and hospitals as shields ... running civilian death/injury tolls way up.

Also, like all INGOs, MSF is a complete and total fraud who does not want to fix the problems they claim to want to fix, as if they actually fixed the problems, they wouldn’t have a job nor a reason to get “donations” to fund their 6 figure salaries.

I freely admit that I don't care, not even a little bit. I hope that fight drags on and many are killed, on both sides. We have no friend in that fight.

Yes, over 750k Arabs were forcibly displaced and killed by Israeli forces.

This is terrible. Do you feel the same about the Palestinian male prisoners who were anally raped by Israeli forces to be aired across the world?
U.S. decries reported sexual abuse of Palestinian prisoners

Yea that is horrible. There seems to be a endless stream of tragedies from both sides forever. I'm not going to claim one side is righteous.

Every moment of every dy is an opportunity for Hamas to surrender and end it. Why doesn't Hamas care about it's citizens?

Thank you for taking the time to see it from both sides.
Alot of evil goes on between all parties involved and there is absolutely no US strategic interests that require us to be sending any taxpayers funds there.

I’m sure you would’ve done something different in those scenarios. Lmao

shite, if you're going to go back to 1948, you might as well start doing from the river to the sea chants.
I don't think any of the people who were killed on October 7th had anything to do with the Nakba.
Would it be justified for Japan to launch an attack in retaliation for the A-bombs now?
