And another person suggesting the investigation performed by the senate isn't good enough until the FBI says it is which makes no sense. The FBI would do the same thing the senate did, get testimony from Judge, Leland, and PJ and then interview Ford and Kavenaugh. What more do they want?

First of all, he didn't call them the gold standard. He said they had the gold standard. Which is an honor given to exemplary lawyers and judges. An honor the ABA has bestowed upon Kavenaugh.
Second of all, if you are calling for AN FBI investigation or demanding and investigation more than what the Senate did then you clearly are ignorant of how our government works and what has been done by the senate. That is a fact.
The senate took these allegations, reached out to all witnesses, interviewed the parties involved, and made a credibility judgment. You do not like that judgment so you are demanding a second opinion.
All the FBI would do is the exact same thing the senate did. The FBI does not reach conclusions, they just hand over a report
A report which would contain the letters the senate already has from the witnesses and the letters the senate already has as character witnesses to Kavanaugh and the interviews the senate already has with Ford and Kavenaugh.
