Should happen but won’t. The judge is no doubt accomplished, but I do believe that he is a privileged elite prep kid who was entirely a capable of going for some poon tang with Ford in a drunken terrostone state long ago. He will be forever tainted by this whether it is right or wrong.

Yeah, I'm sure giving a "statement under penalty of perjury " would have been sufficient to you for anyone surrounding Hillary in the email investigation.

The witnesses didn’t say it didn’t happen - they all said they don’t remember this particular party. None, outside of Judge and Cavenaugh, spoke under oath. And one witness said she thinks Judge is telling the truth.

No, he didn’t. He wrote a letter and put “under penalty of felony” on it. Putting “under penalty of felony” on a letter doesn’t magically place you under oath. It doesn’t mean anything
