Let's do it this way. Click on the link below and register your dog to vote in federal elections. All you need to do is be willing to leave some blanks and then check a box attesting to your puppy being an American citizen.

Register to vote here from any state, no proof of citizenship required

You have to prove citizenship in Texas to vote in all elections.

Real ID will fix alot of this.

The following is a list of acceptable photo IDs at the polling place:

Texas Driver License issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS)
Texas Election Identification Certificate issued by DPS
Texas Personal Identification Card issued by DPS
Texas Handgun License issued by DPS
United States Military Identification Card containing the person’s photograph
United States Citizenship Certificate containing the person’s photograph
United States Passport (book or card

To be clear about something - there are 49 other states that have the same problem AZ is addressing here.
There may be 50 states with illegals that slipped into the voting roles, but the key is, some encourage it and others are fighting it at every level. States like CA and NY probably turn a blind eye. AL, TN, FL, and MS take proactive measures. Notice I left out GA for obvious reasons.

Yes and no.

Texas must accept the Federal form for voter registration. It does not require proof of citizenship.

So while Texas requires it on its form, it cannot refuse to accept a Federal voter registration form.

I’m pretty sure federal law applies to Texas.

You do not need to prove citizenship to register to vote in federal elections in Texas.

Real ID will fix none of this. Again, as per the US Supreme Court - no state can require any documentation whatsoever for a person to register to vote in federal elections. This is incontrovertible.

States can try to verify registrants as citizens but there’s no failsafe way to do it. Most use a system managed by the social security department matching names to the last four digits of a SSN. This is why it’s such a big deal, if true, that Biden started passing out standard SSN to illegals, instead of assigning a special SSN that’s to be used by non-citizens.

Federal law does not allow the state (any state) to require proof of citizenship or frick all as far as documentation of any type goes to register to vote in federal elections.

What a damn joke this country is.

Read your post again and let it sink in at how absurd this is

Exactly, how did they get there in the first place. And we think a law, to enforce the law already there is going to work???

Im reminded of the IG report with all the fbi nonsense during russiagate. He said we could put in regs and policies, but if they are breaking the law in the first place.....what good will new ones do.

why not just have all counties remove illegals?

It's not that long of a drive and kill two birds with one stone.

A random judge in Maryland gonna be like.. "oh no you won't. In fact, every county in every state has to put illegals on their voter rolls".

And there should be zero non-citizens in any role in our government, at any level whatsoever.

I simply can not believe that these usurpers have the audacity to attack the USA in this way

dual citizenship
illegal migration by HIAS and "Catholic Services"
AIPAC

include dual citizenship and reform lobbying

Did you know a US military officer can not hold dual citizenship, why do we let AIPAC and other forces install all manner of influence by malign foreign government action
