And whether I choose to kill someone or it happens by my actions without intent, guess who is still charged for the death of a human?

Since 1973, approximately 60 million pregnancies in the U.S. and 2 billion worldwide have been ended via abortion. Without abortions and other forms of birth control, the world's population would be over 10 billion and the U.S. would have about 425 million people, not counting illegal aliens.

THen they'll be letting a shite ton of murders out of prison then.

According to libs, these aren't murderers. At least not in regard to the fetus/baby.

I wouldn't kill a baby, because I'm not a piece of shite, but I don't mind if libs want to kill their own. As long as a very clear and early on time frame of when its still allowed is established. I'd say no altogether, but that will never fly because people want to be allowed to be irresponsible without consequence.

You don't truly believe abortion is murder. If you thought that countless babies were being murdered every year, and all you did was bitch about it on a message board, then that tells a lot about you. Do some research on the abolitionists and see what it takes to actually fight for a cause.

Thats nice.

How would this "fight for the cause" manifest itself? What actions would you have to see done for you to agree that it was really "fighting for the cause"?
Paint a picture of those actions.

She has magical powers that can transform a fetus into a person by sheer will.

I can only conclude that leftists believe in sorecery.

bullshite.
You're not calculating the births stopped by birth control measures. If abortion were illegal men and women would take care with their sexual activities.
There is really almost zero reason for a woman to become pregnant if a child is not wanted. It's 2018 not 1973.

If the miscarriage was due to negligence by the mother or some other person, do you know agree that they should be held accountable?

Well I don't oppose early trimester abortions so typically I don't care tbh

So you’d be cool with the mother of your unborn child aborting your baby without your consent? What would you call that by the way?

No it isn’t. It’s willfull ignorance and cognitive dissonance of hypocritical dims who need an “issue” over which to hold their members hostage.

Whoa I triggered the masses Of course I don't believe that.

Saints was making the point that one can kill someone and it's murder (she and the fetus don't have a choice to be murdered) vs. a woman making the conscious choice to abort her fetus (very much a choice).

I think everyone misunderstood what I said. Comprende bitches?

This shouldn't exist.

Either the fetus is always treated as a human, or it's not. We shouldn't have laws that conflict with each other.

I honestly don't care how it's fixed, but it shouldn't be the way that it is.

Justice Tom Parker said it is a “logical fallacy” for the government to consider a fetus a life for the purposes of a murder conviction but not when it comes to a woman deciding to end her pregnancy

This is 100% correct

So abortion should be a way for population control?

I think they understood, but it doesn't change the fact that in one instance the fetus is treated as a human life, and in the other instance it's not. That doesn't make sense, and it's absurd that the courts have left it as is.
