Turkey will take over ISIS prisoners.
Pretty fricked up to leave our Kurdish allies who helped us fight ISIS. They’ll be ethnically cleansed by Turkey now.
Furthermore, are we really trusting Erdogan with ISIS prisoners? frick that guy.
BBC Article
ETA: The Kurds agreed to this. So it’s not so fricked up after all.

Amazing news - another promise kept by TRUMP #AmericaFirst
I do wonder about what the hawks in GOP will say about this (Graham, Kinzinger, etc)

Say it with me. No more American blood spilt for the Middle East. Let the shithole be a shithole. Get our boys the frick out.

It’s not going to be pretty, but we gotta get the f out of there.

The Kurds agreed to the decision, which is why trump went through with it

The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces said it is committed to the agreement between Turkey and the U.S. to preserve stability in the region.

Not. Our. Problem. The Middle East is for the Middle East to deal with.

Haven’t you heard? It’s racist to protect a border.

Interesting thoughts here from Michael Weiss, one of the thought leaders on ISIS.
His last tweet squarely places blame on the Obama administration for this shite show - which is well deserved. Obama was an idiot when it came to geopolitical relations in the region.

Interesting. I read the White House statement and the BBC article but didn’t see that.
Well alright then.... not so fricked up.
Will be interesting to see what happens.

Makes me think that this will just add to the humanitarian crisis in the Middle East. As long as turkey takes all the refugees it’s all good.
Also salty Kurds might get radicalized against us, hopefully turkey handles that. it’s an endless war over there and we need to gtfo. We just need turkey to step up and be the big boy in that region.

Kurds and Turkey were fighting long before we got there and will still be long after we leave. There is nothing we can do to stop that. Get the heck out and let the cards fall where they may.
Edit
Also to show you how bad the TDS is with our Media.
This agreement was made in early August.
But our media just picks up on it today?
Today our media can use it to paint Trump in a bad light because Turkey has decided to renig on the agreement.
Meanwhile it’s pretty obvious we’ve warned Turkey not to do this and are likely going to stick around.

The Kurds have been around for quite awhile with Syria, Iraq and Turkey wanting to kick they're asses. I think they will be fine.

No he wasnt.
Obama was only an idiot if you believe his goals were congruent to what we think a US president's goals would be.

Nope.
First it was a bbc article. They aren’t out media.
Second, you are wrong. The troops are moving out. That warrants the story. Just as it will warrant local news doing stories on those who return.

We had already agreed to a 20 mile safe zone, Turkey is just implementing it. They plan to move 2 million Syrian refugees from Turkey to this zone.
There are two factions of Kurds, one is a splinter faction along the border that keeps setting off bombs in Turkey and causing mischief. Turkey has less fuss with the mainstream Kurds.
The bigger issue are these 1000s of European isis fighters we are handing over. The EU refused to take them back, Turkey now has one heck of a bargaining chip, they could easily release those little buggers to head back to the nest.
On a side note, Turkey has some US consulate employees on trial for some nonsense, betcha they come home, though I doubt the press will give Trump any credit.
Trump is also making it glaringly apparent, without the US NATO is just a gnat's arse.
