he couldn't stop himself from criticizing a 78 yr old man about sweating and his physique. When he went there , I knew he was in a weak position. Subconsciously, your brain goes to insults when your in a weaker position.
I have a hard time taking anyone seriously that uses the words "like" and "dude" as if he were a teenager in the high school cafeteria. He's an aging adult and talks as if he is washing golf carts at the local muni. Its pathetic. Speak as if you have command of your subject matter. Not like you're fabricating tales of your conquests with the beverage cart girl.

Let crying Adam be a martyr from prison. He'll find out that it's not as glorious as he thinks it'll be.

quote:I think the whole point is not whether Biden followed the law, but in whether or not there was a background conspiracy, unknown to Biden, to issue these pardons and other acts, using an auto pen of his signature, IN PARTICULAR over his family's pardons and the J6 Committee pardons.
What if the President didn’t follow the law regarding the issuance of pardons? Shouldn’t that be investigated?
What it comes down to is this; if Biden was mentally not all there, who were the conspirators subverting their sworn constitutional responsibility to invoke the 25th amendment after he was found to be mentally unable to testify, cloaking themselves in secrecy, hiding behind his incoherence of anything that was going on around him, to do as they pleased, INCLUDING using the auto pen without any constitutional authority to do so.
THAT is what this is about. Not whether or not Biden did it correctly or not. And the finger if responsibility points to the usual suspects;
Pelosi
Schiff
Schumer
Obama
Jarrett
Hillary
Podesta
And of course, Harris. She had to be in on it. Otherwise, she had within her grasp the reins of power. All she has to do was invoke it and force the issue. She didn't and she became as culpable as the rest.

However, court orders can't be ignored. Presidential pardons can't be invalidated. The rule of law can't be flushed down the toilet. I know a lot of you think this is just talk. If it really happens, and it is likely going to happen, will any of you ever have the stones to admit it?
I actually do not believe preemptive presidential pardons are constitutional. Pardons are for people who have been convicted of a crime.

tell me what enforcement mechanism can a federal judge use against the president of the united states, can he hold him in contempt and fine him, no the president can pardon himself. can he have the army arrest the president? can he make congress impeach the president?
now if this proves to be as unpopular and sets as dangerous of a precedent as you seem to think it will as you clutch your pearls, then we'll lose the house in the midterms and they can impeach trump but there's not one damned thing a federal judge or the supreme court for that matter can do to compel a president to act.

There are mechanisms to remove a mentally incapacitated president. There is no mechanism to invalidate their pardons.
If it can be shown that Biden wasn’t part of the process, then the pardons can be invalidated, but that would be difficult to prove, even though it’s probably true.

Just remember, Trump says most things not because he intends to pursue it, but to see if it causes others to respond as he wants them to.
This is correct.

So anybody can just walk up to the auto pen and sign legislation and pardons when a vegetable is on a different state or country?
