I may or may not be able to confirm that I’ve seen the therapy notes giving credence to this alleged rape of a child at an Arby’s by brian_wilson.

The therapist can be relieved of the confidentiality obligation.
Oh, and I think some legal commentator stated that there is no statute of limirmttions aplicable to sexual assault in Maryland.

Ask the accuser’s own lawyer about the validity of accusations from so long ago.
She basically said no court in the country would take up Paula Jones’ case which was in a much shorter timeframe and had been publicly aired for years.

The problem is that this can't be "proven" true or false. Which is precisely why Democrat scum have unleashed these sorts of attacks on Judge Clarence Thomas, Judge Roy Moore, and now Judge Kavanaugh.

I found the reason for the “he covered my mouth and I feared I might die” part of her story. (I’d guess this wasn’t in her initial claim to the therapist.). That bit moves the sexual assault from 4th degree (which has a one year statute of limitations and is a misdemeanor) to 3rd degree sexual assault (which has no statute of limitations and is a felony).

But unless they are subpoenaed, it is a potentially career damaging move. I know practically zero lawyers that would tell a doctor or therapist to allow your notes to be viewed without legal compulsion.
