Therapist's notes? I thought there was a thing called "confidentiality"?
Her life is not in danger. No crime has been committed, and even if there was either a) the statute of limitations has passedc, or b) confidentiality was not broken to report it at the time the therapist found out about it.
Confidentiality should not have been broken. I don't trust a single thing in this story's timeline of events.
