So is she saying that these women should lose any maternity related laws, because they could just go get an abortion (up until a certain point)? The employer should not have to accomadate those needs until the baby is birthed. Until then, she is just another worker with a hinderance not allowing her to complete the job.
Am I doing this right? It just sounds crazy.

She does, and her first born was born in July. Guaranteed she acknowledged mother's day while pregnant, as all 1st time mothers do when they are pregnant during that time.

To thoroughly embarrass RBG, one need only request of her, the moment a woman becomes a "mother", and why. Until then someone should inform RBG the term "expectant mother" refers specifically to a woman who is pregnant.
Ginsberg has seen far far better days. Her staff needs to buck up.
