I don’t get this at all.
If a baby can be delivered at say, 34wks just fine, why kill it?
I’m against all abortion- but this is beyond disturbing.
I had my daughter at 36wks.. she was just fine. 6.2, healthy, wonderful, perfect. Who could kill that?

Even if you are pro choice, why have a window til birth? If you don't want the child, the previous 24 week period is more than plenty of time to decide.
With this new law, Massachusetts should update their child support laws. If you are going to allow the mother to opt out, the father should have that choice as well. But that won't happen.
