Yes.
You are losing.
Maybe you should ask yourself if you are doing something wrong, instead of ascribing to all these nutty conspiracy theories.
All the crazy excuses for your losses are only making you less credible.
Think about it.

After seeing the fraud in 2020, no way I believe this.

Means that property values in Jefferson Parish are falling.

Houses are skyrocketing in old metairie.
My house has gone up in value almost 200k in about 2 years.
My neighbors house went for 50k over asking price a few months ago.

Sadly, for the good folk in JP, they are like those people in Lebanon who lived close to that warehouse dock that stored all the explosive chemicals. Whether it be a pandemic or a Maxine Waters incited race war...anybody responsible and loving parent with half a brain can and vulnerable loved ones are going to get the hell out of collateral damage range. Were it not for the Covid bs, and job insecurity, the exodus would be even more. It will continue, as good folk put their backs together and get ready to defend against the coming evil.

I’ll be curious to see what the demographics of Jefferson and St.Bernard will be in 5-10 years.

The Democrats are repopulating the country with millions of immigrants. Demographics doom us.

This is true; if I lived down there in gangland with my beloved, I'd leave too. Many of these people are God-fearing, and will have little in common with the lazy and spoiled and loveless BLM/Antifa thugs. That immigrant Demographic can be won over with an openly Religious-based Party Platform. That strategy will be the future; though I will understand the problematic aspects therein. Power corrupts...across the board.

Responsible Republicans don't pop out 10 babies. It's basically the prophecy of Idiocracy coming to fruition.

Hispanics have more to gain from supporting the Democrats than the Republicans. They have more power in the Democratic Party, than they would in the Republican Party. They would be a very junior partner in a white, and largely Anglo, party.
The Central American migrants also value the handouts that the Democrats support.

I used enrollment breakdowns of all the current schools in 8-5A from October 2009 (when Chalmette joined the district) to October of 2020, disregarding Asian, American Indian, and Hawaiian Islander percentages
Chalmette 71-19-6 (white-black-Hispanic) in 2009 to 47-30-15 in 2020
Bonnabel 23-39-33 to 12-33-50
East Jefferson 55-32-10 to 26-28-42
John Ehret 27-60-7 to 20-52-15
Higgins 25-65-5 to 15-63-15
Grace King 43-23-23 to 17-23-54
Riverdale 51-40-6 to 36-27-28
West Jefferson 15-59-19 to 8-51-37

It wasn’t like JBE was some Marxist who scared everybody
JBE went from winning in a breeze by 13 points in 2015 to barely squeaking by with just 2 points in 2019 against hapless Eddie Rispone.
Rispone flipped and won quite a few parishes that JBE won in 2015 against David Vitter, including one I live in right now.
And imagine if Rispone actually ran a competent campaign that understood how Louisiana politics work and its a relationship business; JBE would be back home in Amite right now chasing ambulances and big trucks.

I think we’re confusing bad candidate with good candidate running a horrifically bad campaign.
Eddie Rispone had a great rags to riches and pillar of the community story to sell and it would’ve resonated to voters and tailored his message to different regions of the state. Instead, he listened to carpetbagger consultants who told him that it’s a good idea to treat Louisiana as a one size fits all state like the rest of the south and the Trump fanboy schitck would get him over the top.
That strategy didn’t work as he wasn’t moving in the polls and he was forced to go negative against Ralph Abraham for a spot in the runoff.
What Rispone and his campaign failed to understand was that they did not have the political capital to withstand the blowback of those unforced errors, especially against an entrenched incumbent.

I would imagine that St. Tammany’s numbers will eventually be trending purple as well. Sadly, many of the transplants aren’t nearly as conservative as you may believe.
In short, a whole lot of newly relocated RINOs and their crazy white wives seem to be privately voting Dem once they get in the booth.
