There are real red flags, if Chiquita is nice, and polite, and has the basic qualifications, she is going to get a real shot.
Actually with DEI she had a much better chance than Chad did.

I remember reading a forum years ago on racism, and whether it was taught or learned. A white guy admitted to being “racist” against blacks. He said, “I was a poor white kid and was forced to attend a predominantly black junior high. I was beaten, bullied, robbed and abused pretty much every day by numerous black kids, both male and female. I wasn’t taught to be a racist, I learned it through my experiences with them.”

The other interesting thing to note was the article stated the assailants were all under 13. Those were some BIG preteens.
Article also said only five could be charged, due to 'circumstances'... I'm guessing age. The penalty is basically nothing and no hate crime charges are coming.
That is going to definitely breed realistic racism- the group gets away with it by and large. That white kid will not only always remember getting his arse jumped by a mob, but that the mob skated free. He was hurt and no one cares.

I don't know how, if he wants to remain an active, daily part of his son's life.
They just need to move. It ain't fair, it ain't right... but justice will not be served and this kid now has quite the target on his back.
