quote:

According to Sahih al-Bukhari, Muhammad’s final words included: “May Allah curse the Jews and the Christians. They made the graves of their prophets into places of worship.”

Those are words associated with his final moments.

No forgiveness. No reconciliation. No peace.

Now compare that to Jesus.

Beaten, betrayed, tortured, hanging on a cross with nails through His wrists, Jesus says:

“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”

And then: “It is finished.”

One dies speaking curses.

The other dies extending forgiveness.

One ends by drawing lines and reinforcing division.

The other tears the veil and reconciles heaven and earth.

And whether people like it or not, final words reveal something deeply personal about the heart.

That contrast shook me.

Amen to that! While Jesus will certainly judge those who reject Him to the end, He offers forgiveness to all who put their trust in Him by faith.

While we were still sinners—deserving nothing but God’s wrath—Jesus died to save us and bring us peace with God.

Yet his cult followers blow themselves up taking out buildings over a picture drawn of their cult leader.

We definitely need more converts to help fight the war that has been brought to our shores.

Final words before he died, but he is risen.

quote:

Acts 1:7 He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

9 After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.

The commonly accepted timeline is:

Prophet Muhammad died in 632 CE
Imam al-Bukhari was born in 810 CE
He began compiling Sahih al-Bukhari around 846 CE after years of travel and collecting narrations
The work reportedly took about 16 years to complete

So the hadiths in Sahih al-Bukhari were written down in that collection roughly 200–230 years after Muhammad’s death.

In other words, Mohammad had zero witnesses write about his life while he was living

All this while Muslims say the bible is corrupted by man...

Sounds like Hadiths are a bunch of BS just like their religion. From my understanding, tons of the current Islamic practices are derived from Hadiths which are words and practices of Moe VERBALLY passed down 200 years after Moe himself passed away. How anyone believes this religion is beyond me. It’s completely made up Bs where there is a huge timeline distance between the founder and practices.

I don't think it's completely made up, but a bastardization of actual events.

I do think Muhammad encountered something in the Cave of Hira - but it was a demon, not an angel (like he originally believed).

Of course. The one that you happen to follow. But it has to be the right type of Christianity, right? Which coincidentally also happens to be the one that you follow.

Children of God (Love) "hear My voice". Those who have experienced the power of Love instinctually and cognitively know, and therein, choose Belief and Faith. Pretty much the same reason that I ultimately chose Belief in Jesus as opposed to any intellectual basis for hope of life eternal.

One cannot take one's Ego into a heavenly realm. It would pollute Heaven with the disunity that exists here. The Eastern Religions figured this out long ago, and attempted a 'fix' via a 'Guru'. That dog won't hunt, IMO, as only a Power with due authority could exercise such a gift. "No man cometh up any other way", as it were. And "he that seeks to save their self, shall lose it...". More Truth, from the Son of God.

It's all coming out in the wash. Aliens, Religions and AI nws. It's either Love or a sure road to non-existence. A non-existence that will be a welcome and merciful respite for those who end up in that personal reality.

God bless that guy, if he exists. Brave man.

That is a very moving account.

We have several Muslim apostate friends. They cosplay when they have family come in from out of town. They have not converted but they live by Christian principals in a practical way. They can also cook the hell out of some lamb.

Ten Commandments as a whole document get attacked regularly. But they are pretty good very simple rules for life that are baked into western social structure. Excluding the first 2 that that are a bit amorphous, how would you rate the remaining 8. good/bad only not ranking

I like the one about not bearing false witness

Is this guy trying to get his head cut off? Even the most timid Muslim shopkeeper would saw his head off for making this comment.
