Do we think the group that is responsible for bringing the slaves to America did it because they knew it would permanently cause tension or do we think they did it purely to make a little money at the time

He just explained the entire democrat party and their fake news outlets
what he calls anti-American "indoctrination" designed to make citizens "angry and bitter and resentful" of their own country.

Destroying the true history of the US is part of the strategy from the "enemies from within" to take down the US.

We’re ALL descendants of slaves.

no they did it because they needed people to pick their cotton and you could clear 60k of a single cotton crop at a time when the average american household made $600 a year. why do you think the roman's enslaved the spanish and the irish or the brittons?
before the civil rights act in 1964 2/3's of black children grew up in an intact 2 parent married household today it's 1/4 is that because of slavery?

What most people miss is that harvesting crops such as cotton or sugar cane is one of the easiest parts of farming.
Cotton plants by nature drain the soil of nutrients very quickly so new virgin farmland was necessary in order to have a successful crop.
This brings in the hardest back breaking activities, the clearing of land for new crops.
Before the invention of the chainsaw land had to be cleared with the axe and many strong backs. This was the worst part of farming. Trees had be felled and hauled away and the stumps had to be removed, all by hand and a few mules.

I wonder why the auctions were closed on Saturday and open on Sunday

It seems most of the anti American sentiment is from academics whose families immigrated here after the civil war. Only thing I can think is it must have something to do with resentment over a shared history.

The anti slavery north was as balls deep in slavery as the plantation owners. Northern bankers bankrolled the slave trade in this country and their industrial friends benefitted from it by transferring the wealth to northern cities via tariffs. This wasn’t pocket change that was being passed around and Lincoln wasn’t about to let the economic engine of the country secede from the Union.

The ships may have been flying Dutch flags, but most were not Dutch owned.

Nah man, it was a long term investment. Not only did they make money selling their own people, but they planned on claiming damages via reperations much, much later.
Smart frickers they were.

Before the Civil War in 1860, the Northern states possessed a much larger overall economic output and total wealth than the Southern states. The North produced roughly 90% of the nation's manufacturing output and held a commanding lead in total economic production, railroads, and capital, whereas the South’s economy was heavily concentrated in plantation agriculture and staple crop exports like cotton.
Manufacturing and Output DisparitiesManufacturing: The North generated about 90% of all U.S. manufacturing goods.
Industrial Products: The North produced 17 times more textiles, 20 times more pig iron, and 32 times more firearms than the South.
Railroads: The Northern states had vastly more track mileage, allowing faster movement of goods and troops.
The very reason the North won the war is because they were richer and outproduced the South.

You’re right.
FEIW
That’ was only one of a number of telling progressively positive statistics highlighting the stability, productivity, and health of black families in the pre-civil rights act era.
Lyndon Johnson and his crew introduced a more effective and more insidious slavery destroying black families by intentionally and cynically detaching black fathers from their responsibilities and replacing them with the state.
