It's on bruh. Election officials be squirming now.

quote:

In a 2-1 vote, the Ninth Circuit lifted restrictions on the Trump administration's efforts to have states set aside ballots from suspected noncitizens, allowing it to resume such requests, warn election officials of prosecution, and pursue related investigative steps.

The fact we have to consider a decision to allow such warnings as earth-shattering is a statement unto itself.

I pray the poll watchers show up in masse. Poll watchers, whether in uniform or not, only intimidate law breakers. The GOP needs to stop giving liberals and marxist the advantage of hiding their criminal activity by not using prevention methods for such activity.

Until someone actually suffers real consequences for actions it’s meaningless.

I’m tired of hearing oh we have them now, I need to see people in cuffs and actually punished before getting excited.

I feel the same way, and its certainly not a big win. They have taken the ball 90 yards down the field and we stop them on one play and call it a victory.

How did we get to a place where the federal govt cannot review the voter rolls for federal elections???? Personal information, as if the feds dont have all that info other than the name, which is why they wont hand them over.

Hopefully this will allow the feds to go after some of the sec of state in some of these states when voter fraud does occur.

That is too late to be anything but CYA. And this election is definitive. And they know it.

If Congress flips there will be ZERO prosecutions for electoral fraud. And that ‘Ruling’ will be deep sixed.

You would think every polling station would have a Flock camera installed so that every voter could be identified prior to voting.

The Democrat overlords are calling the election officials telling them, they won't be prosecuted when they get back in control.

A higher court had to tell Democrats that we can enforce laws.

SFPLC is in shock.

Who said its a right, its simple good governance. Many states did comply with the request. A better question is why didnt 21 states and it has nothing to do with "protecting" personal information.

So, your position is that the government DOES NOT have the right to review voter rolls? EXPLAIN PLEASE. We'll wait.

ETA: The National Voter Rights Act of 1993 REQUIRES...I repeat REQUIRES states to review rolls and remove ineligible voters. So there's that.

State governments have the right to review their own voter rolls.

So your issue is with the use of the word 'federal'. Instead of pissing on the statement as a whole, you could have corrected it. But disingenuous is par for the course, I guess.

Let me help you: "States are allowed, Federal isn't the proper term to use there".

See how easy that was?

I've been told that it's bad karma to wish I'll on somebody.
But if he's out in a fishing boat in the middle of an immense lake, and just happens to be under a small meteor when it hits... I wouldn't cry.
