75 countries reached out willing to work with US. Only one that I know of has implemented retaliatory increases

I'm not even talking politics. Leaders in business or within the community. You not only need a vision but must be able to guide people successfully to get there. If nothing else you have to admit the communication of the plan and benefit explanation has been bad.
