nah - we just hate democrats - they are unworthy of any 'benefit of the doubt' anymore.
If you assume that a democrat is up to no good, you are on the right track >90% of the time and just haven't got all the evidence you need in the other 10%.

I haven't been following this so I don't know anything about it. What I do know is that the first couple of minutes of that lawyer annoyed the hell out of me, but that setup and spike to the face of the witness towards te end was pure gold.

Whether Paxton is guilty or not I really don't know. There is probably some shady stuff.
But i do know that Paxton has been fighting for Texas and battling the feds on multiple fronts and for that I appreciate.
It is also obvious that the feds want to get rid of him. With the headaches he has caused the White House, DHS, etc with Texas lawsuits they want him gone. Not to mention the George P Bush running against him in 2022 for AG.
So Barr under Trump waved them off and now with a Biden regime, they go after him after the headaches he has caused them. So it is just like what they did with Trump...put them on trial to make them as ineffective as possible. This is what I think is going on.

We are witnessing a shocking ethical divide between political parties.
Almost to a man, the Democrats are 100% comfortable prosecuting their political opponents based on allegations that they KNOW to be false, because they themselves are behind the fabrication.
