Of course. Everyone who's not sucking that maga dick is now a liberal. And vice versa, if you make maga noises you can be any species of scumbag and get a free pass from the cult. Congrats.

Mistake won't happen again.

He also seems to not understand that impeachment is not a criminal trial and the same rules do not apply.
He understands. He’s using this fact to influence the senators and to underscore the weakness of the claims.

Not surprised to find you're a listless vessel...who else could possibly think Paxton's election case was credible.

Is that why he objected to his own exhibit?

The Supreme Court has exclusive jurisdiction over cases involving the several states. It was a clever argument. And 2 justices agreed that the case should be heard on the merits.

Provide us with a record cite or STFU.

Buzbee v. Hardin. The defense team objected to nearly every piece of evidence proffered by the prosecution, claiming that many of them—including internal emails from the attorney general’s office—were subject to attorney-client privilege. At one point, Buzbee even objected to one of his own exhibits. When Hardin pointed this out, Buzbee, apparently caught off guard, tried to argue that he had never intended to use the exhibit at trial. After nearly ten minutes of arguments, Patrick, acting as the presiding judge, said he needed time to make a decision and adjourned the trial for the day.

I presented the tweet as the author did with zero bias on my part.
You are projecting something onto me that I never said or thought.
Stop hallucinating.

You don't have to pile on, you're firmly in the your grouping with the other idiots.
Actually, feel free to flail around some more, it offers some entertainment, it's just not necessary.

Omitting relevant context. That’s a theme with your posts.

Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas indicated they would have allowed Texas to bring the case but said they would "not grant other relief." None of Trump's appointees indicated they saw any merit in the lawsuit.
I don't think the SCt was going to allow another state to intervene in the election procedures of another state...it's sophomoric mayhem and was rightfully rejected...really, even by the two judges who like to not report gifts from donors.

You're reaching and not even credibly. Sad.

Amazing. That attorney is worth every penny that Paxton's paying him!

Pal, the flailing is the quoted sentence above. Your screenname makes more sense now.
