That Buzbee argued he wasn't agreeable to an exhibit being used at trial? That's a valid objection. It’s common to use exhibits pretrial with no intention of using them during trial.

The Supreme Court exists in part to uphold the constitution. Every state that changed its election laws without a vote of the state legislature violated the constitution. Any violation of the constitution by 1 state negatively impacts the other states. Original jurisdiction exists for a reason.
