The Emancipation Proclamation was hypocritical propaganda.
First, on January 1, all slaves in states in rebellion will be free. Well, Lincoln had no power to free slaves in these areas without complete Union occupation.
Second, the hypocrisy. Slaves in the border states were excluded from the Emancipation Proclamation. Sure, it was a political necessity for Lincoln to do this, but it doesn’t make any any less hypocritical.

I’ll point to the democrats wanting people trafficked across our border to pick crops and scrub toilets at low wages while also owing money to the people that trafficked them here.

Well we KNOW the Mongols, Greeks, Romans, and Persians enslaved people. All of those civilizations predated European colonialism by over 1500 years in some cases. You have to be really stupid to have not learned who those civilizations were at some point in grade school or college
