Me too, percentage seems low.

If you read through the X post, the math is discussed along with federal vs state vs local.
It’s a lengthy conversation.

Walk into any government office, State level and above and take mental notes of what you see.

State and Federal jobs are a work program.

Can someone tell me what % of federal workers are registered democrats. Id guess around the same number posted ~65% but Im not sure if they even report it.

They were most productive prior to 1865.

I get what you are saying, but my thinking is that a good portion of that is education positions at the local level or states are hiring college "educated" black women to compensate for whatever reason.

I do know that most HBCU's, as do smaller traditional liberal arts schools, have large graduation rates of people majoring in education. It's a running joke that if you drive pass a local HBCU with your window rolled down that a diploma will get tossed into your car.
