Others the employers can pretty easily get UI cutoff.
You’re talking out your arse. An employer isn’t getting the benefits stopped without an appeal hearing. It will be months before anything even gets docketed.
When it’s all said and done the employee will expend all the available benefits, the employer will eventually get the charges removed from their account, and the state will apply the loss against the social fund and tell the employee they were ineligible (ultimately all business rates will increase due to the strain placed on the state’s trust fund)

Oh, central planning is fraught with the risk of unintended consequences?
What a shock

The next stimulus requires mail in voting which won't happen.
Problem takes care of itself.

But the extra money can create some awkward situations. Some businesses that want to keep their doors open say it's hard to do so when employees can make more money by staying home. "We basically have this situation where it would be a logical choice for a lot of people to be unemployed," said Sky Marietta, who opened a coffee shop along with her husband, Geoff, last year in Harlan, Ky.
Hate to say it, but Trump got suckered by this virus situation. He bent over backwards to help Americans in a time of emergency, and the politicians on both sides took him to the cleaners. I don’t see how he recovers from what is going to happen.

Nothing will happen.
There is no good mechanism for this.
I had three truck drivers that got unemployment for 18 months after Katrina and NEVER missed a payroll check. I reported it every quarter when I got my statement.
Nothing happened.

This wouldn’t be an issue if your Chinese Masters didn’t release a deadly virus upon the world.

Here in GA our employees are not even claiming UI individually its up the business to claim for them (in most cases). The appeal process is working backwards from the way you are describing.
I send in to DoL that they are being given work and stop claiming UI on their behalf. Now its up to them to sit and wait to hear from the State whether they are still eligible.
(My wife is on unemployment on the employee side) When she goes to certify her unemployment as you normally would she gets and error and it says you are not authorized to certify.

and senator sanders flat out said he would, and he could, tank the bill if the republican senate removed the 600 bonus. so make sure you have all the facts before you scold someone, son, because as history shows, you never do.

I edited my post before I saw your question.

She has no control on if the money comes in for the time being. I am sure if it stops she can appeal and get back on it, but she would have to go through the appeal process.

The 600 UE add on was stupid as shite.
Should have been capped at 90% of your normal wages.

It's currently set to be paid through July 31. Regular unemployment benefits were extended from 26 to 39 weeks.

So, in effect, DJT just raised the minimum wage, since to get forgiveness on the PPP free money, you have to hire the same number of people back to work as you had last year. To get the best people first, they have to get paid enough to get of the porch.
Same number of people, but not the same people. That extra $600 only lasts 4 months. The same people that asked me to lay them off would not be rehired. There is going to be an abundance of people seeking employment. There is no reason to have to pay anything but what they are worth or just find someone else.

It is true and I am no liar.
The benefits after Katrina were not charged to employers in Louisiana. Our rate did not change.
It was widespread across impacted areas because all an employee had to do to get the benefits started was to present a drivers license with an address inside the designated disaster area.
