Leftist Karen's and Ken's live in Massachusetts.

They are plain dumb brainwashed with the added yankee twang of plain ignorant, arrogant, trifling, and selfish.

Why blame the defense/prosecution jury choices? They are all Karen ditzy left or cuck Ken's....

Even the juror in the OP saying they pushed not guilty before hearing the evidence seems so immature.

Honestly we are weak minded now that 50% of males would do the same.

Yes. We have become a fraction of what we once were.

The easiest way to tell, is -

"What would the outcome have been if the roles were reversed and the father was accused, directing the mother to errands while strangling their children."

It's the result of 60 years of programming.

Very few women can stand up to peer pressure without support, they aren’t wired that way.

It sure seems like liberal women can stand up to it. I guess in numbers it's easier than in isolation facing the counter pressure. So point taken and I agree. As a lone voice many can't stand up to the pressure unless there is some logic in your reasoning. It's an echo chamber on socials for women so it is easy. Those that disagree usually don't jump into the fray and argue.

It's easier for men to do this because most are dealing in logic, except soy boys. LOL

The logical argument is it was 1st deg murder because she planned it and orchestrated and knew what she was doing was wrong. It was not a sudden outburst of psychosis. She mapped the plan out and did intentionally knowing what she was doing. That was the question.
The answer to that is "Yes".

I agree something snapped in her somewhere along the way in order to do this to you own babies. But she was aware of her actions, planned her actions, and created a time window to perform those actions.
Bravo to that man for putting up with these emotional windbags.

I blame the Candace cult, mommy sleuthing online combined with lefty nitwits.

They sleuthed the husband did it and sympathy for Lindsey--- and it spread like wildfire in their ditzy brainwashed minds as factual.

The defense lawyer added more social culture pressure going on Good Morning America. He will now negotiate a not guilty plea deal, saying jury sequestering is expensive on taxpayers.

The judge allowed defense to take over the court.

Its Massachusetts who is going to stop the train?

So basically juror 4 changed her vote because the three Klu Klux Klancies wore her down?

The jurors were supposed to stay off social media, no?

There’s no way those three old bitches weren’t on Facebook every day.

What’s the big deal? She had a bad day and murdered all 3 of her kids with her bare hands. Who among us hasn’t had a bad day??

Juror 4 is precisely why women should never be jurors

Is there any other evidence needed to keep women out of the voting booth and any position of power? They cannot be trusted to use logic and the law to make decisions. They are ruled by their emotions which disqualifies them from decision-making and leadership.

The prosecution is at least partially to blame for not properly vetting the jurors.

So she voted not guilty by reason of insanity because she didn't think Lindsay would get the help she needed in prison......

Didn't realize this trial was about getting the murderer "help."

All along I thought it was about those 3 children who were murdered.

Silly me.

Women should not be allowed on juries.

I wouldn't go that far but I'd love an objective measure that would ban AWFLs from teaching, voting, juries, HR departments, and medicine.

She didn't say what that tweet said she said.

The 3 women yesterday were off the charts crazy. What this woman said in this one clip wasn't out of line.

What I meant is it makes the other 3 women (and the other jurors) look even crazier. They were trying to convince everyone to go with not guilty from day one.

That juror needs her arse kicked and then deported.

She “still believes” she is guilty and criminally responsible yet voted against her own heart due to zealot peer pressure. Da fuq.

"the prosecution didnt have the smoking gun"

is she saying that because the murderer that admitted to killing the 3 children was on the defense? how can anyone be so stupid?

My limited legal mind thought it was against the rules of the court for jurors to offer credentials and be thought of as experts on a matter. When I did jury duty we were explicitly told that.
