I didn’t stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night, but even I know as a functioning adult, that is considered shifting the burden of proof.
Massachusetts is a national fricking joke and the presiding judge didn’t do their job, of course the other two eunuchs should have immediately notified the bailiff or judge of the harpies badgering the jurors from day 1.
