She gets off of work at 6 o'clock sleeps before dinner then is in bed at 8pm, sleeps to 5am.

Everyone should work hard, but I spent a lot of time paying attention to the amount of time completely wasted during the day. You wouldn’t have to order dinner on the company at 7pm if you didn’t waste most of your morning doing the coffee circuit or wasting time in emails that don’t have relevance to the day.
