I would very much like to know what organization is in charge of deleting all of the social media accounts of possible problematic individuals.

it’s a fair question, but this young lady seems to be one that it is less likely that it applies
Now, I’m going to agree that many qualified applicants likely were passed over; but I’m thinking it was other candidates and not the one with 2 degrees and the commitment to complete ROTC

Common sense here… the control of the air traffic in this instance obviously went very very bad.
