They are criminal invaders not deportees. They didn't go through any legal process to get here. They could have at any time sought legal help before they were captured. They chose not to. They are not American citizens. They can be kicked out under the Aliens Enemies Act which is not reviewable by the courts. Trump's number job is to protest and defend American citizens. Some are more worried about the so-called rights of murderers and rapists instead of the right of Americans to live in safety. News flash: Illegal actions have negative consequences. Don't enter the U.S. illegally!

I know that you have been called an idiot by every in this board so let me ask - what specifically is the "due process" you say they are entitled to.

The deportees are entitled to due process.
The Trump Administration is not denying this. Many of those being removed under the AEA are exercising their due process rights. That is why this DC case is so stupid and a clear intent by Judge and ACLU to say "Trump ignored a court order."

Now you want due process and the law? They broke the fricking LAW coming in to the country illegally. That is the LAW, respect it, in your words.
They will get the same due process they got coming in. .

Hopefully they due process the asses right to your property.

We know they entered the country without due process.
Enough said.

Happened to me in 1999. My brand new Silverado, still had a temp tag, totaled bc a van full of illegals didn’t understand what a red light meant.

What specially does that mean in this context
Mumbo jumbo above has no meaning
4th amendment? 5th? 6th?
Illegal aliens committing crimes have what specific legal rights under the law that you say they are not getting?

This was done so slaves born here can be protected.
Not some born in Venezuela gang members.

There have been a few times in my life when I’ve had a mindless hatred for a person based only on the sound of their voice and their manner of speaking, regardless of what they are actually saying. This is one of those times, and Patricia Millett is one of those people.

the biker shootout in Waco Texas is a good case to compare against. The fbi and locals instigated a conflict where 9 of 11 fatalities were caused by police. 220 bikers rounded up and held in jail without bond for 12-24 months without a hearing. The feds pronounced all guilty without a trial, and the bikers were American citizens.

Liberals weren’t worried about Jan 6 folks being railroaded and bullied and evidence withheld. Liberals weren’t worried about the lawfare against Trump. Liberals weren’t worried about the coup attempt in his first term based on fictitious muh Russia collusion.
Ah, but they’re very concerned about Venezuelan gang members. These are the people they fight for.
