Douglas County, Co. is Castle Rock, Aurora, Lakewood and all upper middle-class to wealthy suburbs of Denver and far from a conservative hot bed. I’m sure these parents have the affluence and wherewithal to bring the pain, particularly since they were overwhelmingly done with the leftist agenda in their kid's education. Those are some of the nicest elementary through High Schools this country has to offer and if you were a teacher you would have to be a literal idiot to jeopardize that. You’ve hit the lottery of education jobs on the front range of the Rockies. Fire them all and you’ll have 10 applicants to take their place.

Douglas parents aren’t fricking around. Their school board meeting have made national news several times. Denver now longer has a mask mandate. Eagle Co dropped it a week ago. My kids school said today if you feel comfortable wearing a mask, please do so, but it’s optional now.

So apparently a teacher with a moral conscience said some things on Zoom saying she’s concerned about her students falling behind. When she says that, silence for 10 seconds. Then the VP says “Don’t worry, because everyone will be equally left behind!” (Not hyperbole, she says it) and then the President says since they’re shutting down the school district to abuse kids that no teacher will individually be in trouble. And then the VP bitch asks “What are they going to do, fire me?!” And then says “We’re trying to gain power back.”
It reminds me of the South Park episode where the Catholic Priests are pissed that the boys are reported being molested, and then the South Park Priest being the only decent person and being appalled: South Park Studios
