Need a comfortable work boot, doesn't have to be steel toe that can put up with walking 2-3 miles a day around the plant.

Ariat or Justin have always been good to me. Nothing fancy, just a regular lace up work boot.

I agree on Ariat or Justin. You can't go wrong with either one. I get a pair every year and it's one of those.

There are lots of comfortable boots out there and I've tried a few different brands. Haven't found one lighter and more comfortable than the Timberland Pro Series.

They are not quite as durable as some others I have tried but they are SO much lighter and easier on the feet when you have to walk a lot.

Just bought a pair of Rocky's work boots-ropers for I believe on sale for $80 at Bass Pro. Very comfortable and considerably cheaper than others.

Wolverine "durashocks". Lightweight, comfortable, shank inside bottom sole, non-slip soles.

Thorogood 100%

I've tried every boot mentioned above and nothing compares to these IMO

I went through two pair of Timberland Pros in no time. They were comfortable, but fell apart very quickly.

I've had Redwing Pecos (American made)for a couple of years now. That is what I am buying for my next pair too.

American made red wings are incredible.

The American made loggers are probably the best serious work boot ever made unless you're a welder.

I have a pair of puma composite toe sneakers that I like for factory walk through and a pair of timberlands steel toe for outside work.

Ariat are my preference. Best boots I have ever owned.

Had a couple of pair of Wolverine Durashocks in the past. Both pair the sole cracked within a few months. I haven't owned a pair of Wolverine anything since then. Comfortable boot, but crap construction.
