Changing one of the Os in the Outdoor Board logo to one of these:

Don't get me wrong. I hope every responsible, law abiding person that actually has the balls to use them when time comes has an AR but I'm really starting to wonder if being an AR nut is the equivelant of a jacked up 4x4 that never leaves the highway

I spend money on some useless stuff, but I just can't spend that much on something I'll never use. I won't hunt with it. I would maybe go shoot it a few times a year. Not worth it. I'm better off buying a gun I'll use. Or more rods and reels.

If I had the money to throw away I'd own one but that's about all I'd do, own it. Its not a freaking Barbie doll that you have to dress up for different occasions.

I've thought this since the AR craze really caught fire the last few years

They're great combat weapons, but for the average Joe you're spot-on.

They are the most fun to shoot. That's why I own one. No other reason.
