Nicely done.
I was surprised to learn that it was an open-book single day exam.
I don’t have cable at my house and I rarely, if ever, watch broadcast news. I decided to watch some of the debate coverage on my Roku, which happened to be on abc.

After watching less than 30 minutes of the coverage, topics and their analysis , these people (i.e., main stream media) are either clueless or complicit. I am leaning towards complicit. I feel sorry for the citizens of this great country that are probably good people, but rely on this garbage as their sole source of information regarding current events.

That is funny considering what the neighborhood was like when I rented there back in 1999-2000. (Not that there is anything wrong with that.)
NO. Absentee as is normal is fine. Any other variation is a NO. Wal Mart and casinos are open, polling stations are open as usual.

What type of batteries are in the cart and How old are they? Also, Do you have a digital voltage meter installed to show the pack voltage real time?

I just finished a complete rebuild of a 2002 48v Club Car DS (series cart). Did tons of research and learned more than I wanted to about golf carts.

Here are the cliff notes with regard to batteries:

1. The voltage meter is a cheap way to know when it is time to charge the batteries without draining them too low. You can find a state of charge chart online (48V fully charged pack should read 50.93V and should not be discharged below 48.41V resting voltage)

2. Depending on who you believe, batteries, when properly maintained (i.e. adding distilled water as needed, checking levels every 30 days) can last anywhere from 4 years to 10 years.

3. Replacing one battery can work, but I was read that the single new battery can degrade faster and "match" the older batteries (not sure how true this is or how it works, just relaying info that I found in multiple locations.)

4. Whenever not being used, the cart should be plugged into the charger (assuming you have the stock or an aftermarket automatic charger.)

5. The Duracell golf cart batteries at Sams get mixed reviews on the golf cart message boards, they have a shorter warranty and a slightly lower AH rating (but are less expensive) than the Trojan batteries

I recently dropped the coin for 6 new batteries and I still feel the pain in my wallet. I wish I could afford to switch to a lithium setup.

How was this confirmed? I see it all the time-people do not know (or claim not to know) about judgments/liens against them until I do the title work.

Make sure you speak with an attorney that is familiar with real estate transactions and does an abstract/title examination to ensure there are no title issues (this would be required if you go through a traditional lender.)

However, you can ask the seller a few questions now which will help identify many of the most common issues that arise.

Are there any open mortgages?
Are there any other encumbrances against the seller or the property? (liens/judgments/etc.)
Is/was he married? If so, status of spouse? Depending on this answer, there may be more questions.

Scotty @ carts unlimited is a good resource. He is a sponsor/contributor on the buggies gone wild forum. Sometimes he can seem a bit “odd”—just a heads up.

If your controller is bad, definitely consider Alltrax. Worth every penny.

Good luck!
Awesome info. Thank you for sharing!

I like the design and would like to do something similar.

If you are willing to share, what type of fitting did you use to join the four leads into a single lead going to the winch?

Looks good!

I am interested in more details about that pulley system you used/designed for the kayak lift...
I added the Nexx Opener to our old school genie and it works great. No subscription fee and I can open/close the door from anywhere Also works with my Amazon Echo, but the skill is a little lame so we just use the phone app.

Set up was not that bad, the sensor took a few tweaks to get lined up properly.
