Big problem there unless the person has a rider to state he is covered for offshore fishing/boating.
Just something to think about for those that drag a boat down there. Once you go outside a pass in the gulf, you need a rider plan for insurance.

when i see these "accidents", I immediately think "how can i get the most for this boat? Ah, got it!" ... ... ... "hi state farm, yes, I need to make a claim. you wouldn't believe what accidentally happened!"
