I realize bears don’t run on a schedule so I can’t just show up at a location and see one but where are my odds better?

Where are located? That may get you a serious answer. Oh and I have no idea on where to find a bear, now a beer is a different story.

On highway 90 take the burns point exit head south cross the intracoastal bridge keep going about 5 miles until you can get to a location on the levee on the east side of the highway (I think you can still drive the levee well at least 5 years ago I could). Once the leaves fall out the trees and they cut the sugar cane, you can see them easily in the trees. I used to see them on a daily basis.

Between Cypremort Point and Morton Salt on Hwy 83. I've seen several down there before.

My brother swears he saw one last week while crossing the Atchafalaya Bridge.
I sent him a pic of a black garbage bag on the side of the road and asked “did it look like this?”

He didn’t get the joke.

Hey 65 there is an intersectio. That goes to lake life grocery store near lake bruin.

Pecan orchard to the left when you turn on the road. Bears congregate there often this time of year eating pecans
