With 100m or so, you could have bought (it just sold) the 83000 acre Cielo Vista ranch in Colorado - prime land on the western slope of the Rockies. It included the highest privately owned peak (a 14er) in the U.S.

I would buy up some prime deer habitat and convert it to property that would support good numbers of woodcock and quail and release pheasants also

Question about the taxes, I know the feds hit it for 25% or so but do you still have to pay the 30+% on April 15 of the next year when you file the annual return?
