Cousin and I saw one several yrs ago in Evangeline parish.

I saw one up around the road to Johnson's Landing near Clearwater a couple years ago. No mistaking it for a bobcat, either.

Not trying to be a dick but if it's a video, Whatever it is passed in front of the camera. Why is there no head pic? I think that is probably what makes everyone just assume it's not legit besides others' claim's that they've seen it before.

Also, I'm a duck hunter almost exclusively so this is an honest question. Did trail cams graduate to video?

What's the deal with the reflection of a guy's face, top left? And, the lady dressed in 1800's clothing in the same spot?

Meh....we have many many more thousands of them here in the NW and I've never seen one.

Eta...besides on game cams of friends or coworkers.

The video only caught what you see in the picture. If any of you want to stop by in Farmerville I can let you meet the man that got the picture and you can see it on his SD card. Like I said before I don't care if you believe it or not. Just showing ya'll a picture of a cougar taken where most don't think they are.

Man if you can't handle people giving you a hard time, maybe you shouldn't post shite like that. I'm sure everyone (well maybe not everyone) is just picking on you a little, and they really do believe you..

This board used to be a place to have a good time. It's not that way anymore. I rarely even stop by unless I am hunting.

I knew there would be plenty of dumbasses that think cougars are only out west. I already knew some of the responses but I figured for some of the ole timers that know me might like the picture.

Believing there are cats in that area and doubting the validity of the photo are not mutually exclusive concepts. I don't doubt there are big cats in areas not generally thought of as within their domain. But this photo isn't going much to support that idea.

Show the video, or be questioned. And you know why!

I didn't say I don't believe the live in the south. I am saying I don't trust your source.

Show the video of the 15 seconds before and 15 after.

If it's a stationary camera, how do it only get this shot? Did the cat walk backwards?

Give us something....anything.

Dude can email you the video with ease.

Great. I'm sure there are a bunch of rednecks on a mission to kill this cat.

Someone needs to warn this cougar that there is a killer clown in that area.

It needs to watch out.

Not surprising. It's a pretty remote area up there.

This place requires firm proof and a birth certificate for any cougar sightings.

I got within 200yds of one in NW Arky, but I knew many would want a better pic. Let me just stroll up and get a closer shot of this lethal predator
