If it is any good at all a 2011 $1500 is amazing.

I’ll be curious if it accepts STI/Staccato magazines.

2011's were so damned expensive

If they'd introduced this 6 months ago I would have been all over it.

I ended up with a CZ Shadow2 Orange with the full Cajun Gun Works package...

This was the worst kept secret in the industry. Competitors (like competing gun companies, not competitive shooters) already have gotten hold of these.

Only adapter plate it comes with is for Hex brand red dots...I don't dislike the Wasp that came with the Hellcat RDP but I did have to make a warranty claim after it kept killing batteries.

It does. Watched a YT video today where guy had Staccato mags and fit fine.

I am thinking about sending my duty 9 to them but man the package cost more than the gun.

I will get blasted for this, but double stack 1911’s (2011’s) just don’t feel right.

I have a RIA tac ultra 9mm. It’s a sweet gun but the Springfield is a game changer IMO. The RIA won’t take STI mags and are pretty finicky. I have changed out my extractor with a Wilson and put in a EGW trigger.

The Springfields are getting great reviews so far. They sent quite a few out months ago for guys to review.

I like that they went with a bull barrel and no bushing.

The optics setup is pretty cool as well.

9mm 1911 is gay af. If that same gun was a 45 and could hold 17 rounds then I’d be impressed. But I don’t like the field of Springfields and for their cost glock is better.

Much like in real life you're not quite as gay as the guy beneath you
