Are there any shops/businesses doing DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating in South Louisiana? TIA!

Does anyone know how to make the white frothy butter they give you with steak at Superior Grill? Trying to duplicate it at home and can't nail it.

I have had an Iray RH25 for a few years and I like the fact that I can swap it from gun to gun. I have various rifles with an lpvo on them and it just sits in front of them and uses the scopes reticle. It also can be used as the stand alone scope or even as a hand held. Its really versatile.

Didn't he come out with some anti 2A shite years ago?

Have a 1.5 yr old catahoula/red bone mix and he is pretty great. Has a lot of energy but if I let him out to play with the farm animals...which he loves (they all tolerate him which I find weird) for about 30 min...he is good to go. Only downfall is he is a cat shite gobbler. Have to stay on him to stop. Otherwise he is smart, sweet, likes to sit with people but knows where his bed is and is content to sleep most days away on it.

Tough to say for sure but my vote goes watersnake...
I just got one cleared after 12 months and 2 weeks
I bought 4 of those Nightstick lights from that site when they were on sale and had no issues ?????
I don't think anyone commenting understands what grueling physical work for years on end does to a human body. It would be a calorie burning machine. It stands to reason that 7500ish calories per day is at least plausible.

Added a "new" AK to the collection

Posted by BM7133 on 9/26/23 at 12:01 pm
Have a few more modern AKs in the safe and decided to add a little more of a throw back, most recently. This is an Hungarian AK-55 build by Vince Buckles with Michigan Kinetics. He built it on a SLR 100 receiver. It has a lot of numbers matching parts but it wasn't a complete kit. Added some nicer Russian wood and a Tapco G2 trigger. He did a worn cerakote finish on it. Found a few old Hungarian ribbed mags for it as well. Haven't shot it yet, but it won't be a total safe queen!

When I saw the thread my brain immediately thought "Wright's." I used to have 7 states in my sales territory and I tried so many places but Wright's is the one that stands out ?????

Chinese Take Out - Baton Rouge

Looking for recs for the best Chinese take out in BR. Our little town lost all our good places after Ida and my wife works in BR a few days a week so we are trying to find a good spot for her to pick up on the way home. TIA!

There are 2 sons at Koppel. Pure Dermatology is quite boujee but Dr. Mara Haseltine always impressed me. Most are pretty good, just avoid Dimitri derm.

re: Looking to buy an AR 10

Daniel Defense DD5 v4

ETA: didn't read previous comments. While somewhat pricey the DD just works and still significantly less than a Knights or even a Scar (not an AR10 but popular in the .308 shooters world). I went back and forth on this for quite awhile and landed on the DD.
Ideals are peaceful. History is violent.
Only adapter plate it comes with is for Hex brand red dots...I don't dislike the Wasp that came with the Hellcat RDP but I did have to make a warranty claim after it kept killing batteries.
