PA14 kayak fell off of truck….Need help locating the people who picked it up

3A guy on his way to Grand Isle had his PA14 fall out of the back of his truck and it was picked up by someone else. He is offering a reward if returned. The plate on the car in the picture supposedly come back to a Amber Stafford in Denham Springs.
